No I do not. I am a stay at home mom for a 17 month old. It requires a lot of energy and even more patience but not hard physical labor. The hardest labor intensive job I ever had was bussing for a very large high end restaurant. I had to carry up to 35 pounds worth of giant dishes and glasses on a small tray, all the while balancing drinks and not spilling them on people eating and run it to the dish tank, then run back out to do it again and again and again.

IF that is the type of work you want I would recommend construction. It is very physical, pays well(if you get a job for a reputible company), and after a job is done you can see the results of your work. It is a very good feeling to see other people using something that you helped build.

Learn a trade of laying Concrete Blocks.
You can then get a job any place you want.
Call the Votec Schools in your area.. Some should teach Block Laying.
It is a very good paying job..
Also, Concrete Finishing. You can start your own Concrete Business.

I worked for a dairy for 6 years in production, and it was life-sucking hard work...but they offer really good insurance (great coverage for not that much $ per month). The pay was pretty good (for factory work), when I left I was making about 18.00/hr (depending on where you live, that's decent). Not sure where you live, but it is something to think about.....

food service/banquet serving!! Its' hard and its laborious, but its fun. You meet lots of people and you get to eat really good food for free. If its in a hotel you get good discounts on hotels. sorry dont know about the health or dental.
