Try "Canalplus.fr"....it's the French Channel that he gave the Interview to. (It will be in French)
I've just watched it. He wouldn't say exactly what the insult was but said if you can lip read (in Italian) you will see exactly what was said. He also said Materazzi had been winding him up throughout the match, however, he seemed disappointed in letting them get to him.

I would love to watch it live. I don't see a link anywhere on the website to watch it unfortunately. It doesn't matter if it's in French because I can understand it.
