Are you talking about your domain, or your website? If you've lost the domain administrator's password, and can't log into the domain as administrator, you may have a real problem. During the initial setup of your domain (Windows 2003 at least) you should have set up a recovery administrative password for just such an emergency. If you didn't, and don't have another domain administrator's account to log into... you're screwed.

Contact the Administrator of whoever you have your domain set up with. (Such as GoDaddy.)

well, it depends, how did the pasword get changeed by mistake, or did someone hack the domain from you? I would contact the domain registrar using the primary e-mail you used to register so they can reset your password.
