There is no "back" to a black hole. It's the same from all directions. Were you thinking about the other "side" of a black hole, like where does all the stuff it sucks in go to? A few theories about this think all that stuff may erupt into another universe or another dimension within our universe. Such a thing is called a white hole, but there's no evidence whatsoever that they actually exist.

A black hole is three dimensional. What does a star or the sun look like from the back? Pretty much the same...

There really isn't a "back" to a black hole.
The only part of a black hole that we can really see isn't actually the hole itself, but rather the area outside of its event horizon where all of the gas that it is sucking in is.
What you would likely "see" is a lot of UV and X-Ray spectrum light, and maybe a dull glow in the visible spectrum.

You would not see anyting. They are called BLACK holes for a reason. They cannot be seen, however we can observe them by the way light is distorted by the immense gravitational pull.
