how do I hack into my own email cause my mate stole my email and cahnged the secret question and password.

u would need to call microsoft and ask them to reset it, well if your mate stole your details ask them for it.. or if u know he/she did it goto the police since thats a computer crime and im sure if they know the police are onto them they will more and likely give u the details.
