Don't bother those people who even bother to ask questions that they don't care about. I guess they have nothing better to do in life than to sit down on their butts all day, eating chips and sodas, and watching reruns. =P
Well, I don't actually "love" Shikamaru, he's more of my secondary fave characters, if you know what I mean. I would totally pair him with Temari (if that's okay with you, though ^_^)!!! They look really good together.... He really rocks! I think that Shadow Binding, Shadow Imitation technique is so cool. He can control almost everyone (well except those who know his techniques) His negative sides, though, are a minus. He said in one episode that he only wanted to be a ninja so he can be powerful and marry a pretty woman and have kids. He's lazy too. Positives are he's always serious when it comes to battles, and he helps his friends in need. He made a pretty good leader too when they tried to rescue Sasuke.

Shikamaru is the sort of unenthusiastic person who would rather take a nap than get excited over something and likes the thinking games that older men are usually into, such as Shogi and Go.

Since I am a guy I dont like him in the same sense as you do. But he is awsome. The way he out smarts people in fights is amazing. It's wasn't too much of a surprise they made him a Chunin out of the rookie 9.

I don't actually put Shikamaru Nara on my favorites, and i don't think he'll want to marry a girl who's already named herself after him.
