I already know what I want to do with the storyline and everything I even have Ideas worked out for a sequal.

I think the best way to further your idea is to write a manuscript or script of the movie, write what everyone will say. Basically write the movie, including the setting, props etc. Make a pitch for movie producers, and set up a meeting. But in order to have people take you seriously you need to have the script in the final stage, almost done!!

Hi, no you should not right the book that would take too long. You want to get your movie produced right away correct?

Movies are created with story boards and screen plays. which basically tell the story through pictures and dialog. Screen plays are tough to write. Collaborating with a friend who writes well will help. Pitch your idea to friends also and see what they think. Their input will help you fine tune your story. Also, they will tell you if it sounds like something they have already seen. Have fun!!

A book is a good way to start. If you have a friend who makes independent movies you can write the screenplay and have the friend make the movie.
