Why skin tags (flaps) come you can find itin the article
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ayurvedaonline/messages/6729
The remedy is as follows, as per ayurveda
Buy online Kanchnar Guggulu from an ayurvedic pharmacy, and take 250 mg twice a day after lunch and dinner, for 45 days.
IN ayurveda, there is a wonderful treatment called kshar sutra chikitsa, which involves tying a medicate dthread around the growth and tighten it, the thread slowly sinks into growth and separates from the body, without a drop of blood oozing! If you decide to go for this, find a practitioner expert in this treatment.

Yes it will hurt and bleed allot. Just get the skin tag remover in the pharmacy. It Freezes it and then it falls off without pain or bleeding. If you go to a doctor they will remove it either with acid or a laser but cutting is is the last option.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/9e3NM
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

yes, they can fall off by themselves, but I think rarely. My daughter had one in between her eyelashes that kept growing bigger, so when I took her to the doctor, she freaked out so much when she saw the scissors coming near her, the dr. refused to remove it. By the end of the night she had cried so much, that it just fell off! I've had them, and have never seen them get smaller only bigger. I've had the dr. snip them off and it's very painless and quick. ( i've actually even cut a couple off myself, but am not in any way recommending it ). My mom swears that if you keep putting aloe vera gel on them through out the day they will just fall off. I personally don't have the patience for that. Hope that helps

This resource http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info is a must for anyone suffering from hemorrhoids and digestive disorders. I was surfing the internet with trying to find answers to my recurring and debilitating hemorrhoid disorders and I accidently stumbled across it. It has saved my self-esteem and independence after years of crippling hemorrhoids and fissures and their painful symptoms!

My Dr thinks they are a virus but nobody knows because they don’t do anything. Go get some sharp scissors (like nail scissors) and just pull on it and cut it off.. It may bleed a lot but that is what I do. (this is what she told me to do)

The ladies at my work have discussed this, and the consensus is you can remove them yourself. A couple mentioned their dr.s had recommended this. Make sure your scissors or clippers are very sharp and dip them in alcohol.
