I'm an air conditioning kinda guy. But for outdoor fun it's all about the beach or jumping into a swimming pool. Sometimes it's a great excuse to catch a film you've been meaning to see. Either way heat beats snow any day!

Stay inside and keep the AC running. My office is freezing cold and my co-workers really like it. I have to go outside and warm up under the desert sun.

All that is stated above, and something else: read a book that takes place somewhere cold. Ideally, the reader should be reminded that it is cold.
Last but not least, soak your feet in cold water. 'Cause once your feet are cold, the rest of you will be cold.

Well, like anything else location plays a big factor.
If I can I will go for a swim.
More often than not I will just put on the oscillating fan and drink ice water.
