Stadium of light is easily one of the few stadium in england that can host semis/finals of major events.
That and the diehard fans who followed them up and down, up and down the premier and championship...
They must be the lower div club with the biggest crowd then...

Without a doubt it is AC Milan, or at least it will be from later this week when they are relegated from Serie A. The San Siro holds around 85,700 people - pretty big for a lower league side! Poor Milan!

Depends on your definition of "lower"
Nottingham Forest average +20K people per match in the 1st division (Premier, then Championship, then 1st). The average attendance in the 1st is closer to 5K or 6K so they are killing everyone else in attendance
