You can buy an external hard drive at any computer stores like Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, Staples, Office Depot ( of course from their online websites too) and also you can find good deal from outpost.com, buy.com, zipzoomfly.com, newegg.com ... search around and you will find the one you need.
Also, make sure your computer has a USB 2.0 port for fast transfer.
