Cops are getting trigger happy with tasers. They are tasing children, older people, and even citizens that do minor things. Here is a videoclip of a woman being tased after a minor traffic stop. Tasers should be banned from law enforcement.

Alot of cops are getting very trigger happy and i think that they should get rid of dumb cops who don't know how to use them. The tasers should be there incase they really need to use it. But i don't think they should use them for something petty and dumb like a traffic stop or anything. I think they should only be used if the person is a murder on run or something major u know. Cops like to think that they are some maucho law people who can do whatever they want! I think they need to stop tryin to struat what they don't got! lol! Like i knew this guy who had 180$ worth of pot on him and the cop caught him wit it and when he looked at the cop car he noticed a pot leaf sticker on the frount window!! now i wanna know why he can put that there! Most likely that cop probably smoked all dat **** too!
If they were to miss and hit a inocent person that would be horrible! especailly if it were to hit someone with heart problems because that would kill them! I mean i don't think they can aim affectivly with a donut in the other hand u know! lol!

I actual ought to absolutely believe Kenora. For quite a few months I actual were monitoring taser use (or better placed abuse) and the consequences of being tasered and performance got here upon that being tased is as risky as a shot from a police issued sidearm for those in probability. absolutely everyone with a neurological or heart challenge ought to no longer be struck with a taser. absolutely everyone on quite some prescription drugs or extreme on many of the accessible street/leisure drugs ought to no longer be tasered. Pregnant females, absolutely everyone lower than 19 y/o or over 60 ought to no longer be tasered. So why with such distinctive those who're in probability from being tasered ought to an workplaces have one of those weapon? With such distinctive exclusions to who should be tasered (only about 20% of the inhabitants can 'properly' be tasered), how can an adrenaline extreme officer ascertain if taser use is ideal??? i do not study the police with the taser of their fingers, yet i am going to't see a heart challenge, neurological challenge, 1st time period being pregnant, or understand what pharmaceuticals someone is on.... per chance they're implanted with some kind of detection equipment on the academy?!?!? For some reason many police officials do no longer understand that they don't look the regulation; the court is. Many police look to imagine they're choose and jury and prefer the video confirmed if one doesn't do because the 'choose' orders then you definately will be assaulted previous to arrest.... and former to a actual trial with a actual choose...

So when an officer of the law stops you and gives you directions to get outta the car and you resist that perfectly ok? NO tells me your trying to hide something you shouldn't be doing, as this lady was driving on a suspended license. After being told to get out of the car THREE times I would have done the samething. Besides she sounded like a drama queen, carrying on like she was dyeing. Laws are out there for everyone to abide by not intended for a select few, break the law and pay the price. I wouldn't exactly call driving on a suspended license a minor traffic stop either, got just what she deserved, if she HAD NOT been driving she never would have been tased. DUH.

I agree they are trigger happy. I have a heart condition, and if they mistook me for someone else and used that on me, I would be dead. Men in uniforms(most, anyway) have been proven to feel too much power. This includes the Army. There is no control over any of them. Their bosses have been pulling cover-ups for them for more than 100 years. The more women they put in, the more compassion, and the more their nasty little ways are being brought to light. The rapes and shootings and tazers have to stop. Did you know that more men in uniforms have raped more so than anyone in the world? It's just been kept under wraps. Especially when they are given ANY kind of weapon.

People are required to obey the orders of a cop. Personally, I think this broad should have been beaten with a night stick and tased, again. Folks who ingore the officers or resist arrrest make it tougher on all of us.

Now, you've been capaigning this crap on YA for a couple of weeks. Why don't you give it a rest?

I agree! Police should be prosecuted for abusing their authority, especially when it comes to tasers, using improper restraint etc. Their continual and increased violence brings disrespect to cops in general. I know we need them, but I assure you that I trust NO cop.

Well, a Taser Gun could be just as dangerous as a real gun. I don't feel they should unless they really, really, really have to.
