downsizing files???

i need to downsize a video file i have on my computer so i can email it to some friends. the video is 24.5mb and i need to get it down to 10mb or lower. anyone know how i can do that?

u can use something like http://www.yousentit.com that always upload of large files
or u can use a video editting program or change the format of the file i would advise going to http://www.videohelp.com

You may want to get a Gmail account. It's free and you can attach very large files.
