im on ccsn admission and cant complete the forms because the popup blocker does not let me

You also might have multiple things blocking pop-ups, like both your browser and your antivirus software for example.

because probably you have another popup blocker
yahoo bar
google bar
internet explorer 7
anti virus software
like Norton
sometimes you have enable popup blockers in more than one place
if this is not the problem
go to your internet explorer options and select tools
select the tab or privacy
then
push the button that says sites
and add as an allow site the one that are you trying to access

Make sure you only have one popup blocker blocking. You may have Yahoo toolbar and google bar and any other installed you will have to disable them all. If you have a firewall or antivirsu installed disable pops in there. So you know if the form is trying to install a cookie, check you privacy setting in browser. If your using IE then go to Tools ==> Internet Options click on the privacy tab, you have have to lower the bar if set high, or add the website address in the "Website Option" (click on Edit) Also check the security tab, depending on your security setting, you have have to add the site address in the Trusted Sites.

The secret is to hold down the control key while clicking on the link. This disables the pop-up blocker.

many different programs have popup blockers. you could have 10 of them rumming at once and not know it.
