You need to find an employer in Florida who will be willing to sponsor you and give you working visa.

There are several types of working visa -- the quickest one is H1B but you can only stay a maximum of 6 years; or the employment based immigration which will first require you to get a Labor Certification http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/services/residency/employment.htm The employment based immigration is a longer process as it typically takes anywhere from 3-6 years depending on backlog of the state, but the end of this process is your permanent residency or green card. HIB on the other hand can be received in as quick as 2 months, but you'll have to go through the process of employment based immigration before getting your green card.

One way would be to find recruiters in your country who may be looking for employees to bring to America, though recruiters are more common in fields such as nursing or even computers.

Another is to come to the US as a tourist and then explore the possibility of getting a job and finding an employer willing to sponsor you. You must have some "extra something" for an employer to choose you -- where they will spend money for lawyers and immigration processing -- as an American where they did not have to spend the immigration processing money to hire.

It is not easy, but if you are adventurous enough, it is doable.
