No. You as a person cannot feel them. But they can certainly be measured with equipment (if they could not be measured there would be no transmission of information).

Antimatter is understand that consists of antiparticles. In theory for each partical there is an antiparticle with the same mass and spin...given the properly acceptable quantum situations those debris ought to annihilate one yet another and produce a small burst of potential.

we do! we just tune it out unless it is strong to catch our attention. but we do feel it, at least subliminally.
