i want to know how to o2 from co2 or is there any chemical that can intact the co2 from air.

Sort of. Plants use the process of photosynthesis to convert CO2 (along with water) into O2 and carbohydrates. If does take a fair amount of energy to do this, but fortunately there's plenty of sunlight. I'm not sure about having carbon as a product, but perhaps a partial combustion of the carbohydrates might have some carbon as a product.

not without using a lot of energy because CO2 is really stable. there is no known method to my knowledge
