I get an erection at the drop of a hat. If I see an attractive girl on the street, without thinking, my tool is at attention. It is embarassing. Is this normal or do I need to see a doctor?

You oughta enjoy it and maybe carry around a jacket for camouflage. Sounds like you have one lucky girlfriend.
