You need to have access to software that provides what is usually called "Parental Control". Sometimes your ISP includes it with the internet access service.

Call your ISP and ask if it is included.

If not you will need to buy some. Symantec Internet Security includes it, along with other internet security services. Some Router software has some (if you have a router). And other products are available.

When you implement Parental Control, you can choose either categories of websites to restrict (Adult, Political, etc), or choose specific sites to block. Then these can only be viewed (or access changed), with a password that you set.

Good Luck

The best solution is to buy a software that can do this- netnanny among others are great. Google "website filters" and see what you like and need.

You can also use xp firewire or macfee firewire and manually add websites but this takes a LOT more work.
