no, not even the best guitarist,but in my top 5 ( guitarists ) The best muscian would have to be a multi instrumentalist in my book.

There is no such thing as the greatest musician of all times, there are no musician above others, it's just a matter of taste, like and dislike.
I love Jimi Hendrix though, splendid technique, raw power and definitely cool.

Of course not. He's not even the best guitar player of the 60's.
I would assume you are a fan and are looking for confirmation to your opinion. If that's the case, there is no accounting for taste, of course, but from a purely musical appreciation viewpoint, he was rather noisy.
