and you try really hard, and the asker picks the stupidest one for the best choice! I'm tired of Yahoo answers. Should you even take the time to research and write a good answer, or should you just BS your way through it and appeal to the asker with humor?

Both work great! But i totally understand what Ur talking about, hey i had alot better answers than most people & do i get get picked, hell no the the idiot with the bs answer got it, why do i have to get screwed for putting it all on the table, hey i deserve those 10 points! but theres nothing u can do about it! what really sucks is a tie breaker!!! i got one of those and no one gets the 10 points, talk about getting screwed!

I understand your frustration. You just have to realize which questions are serious. Sometimes I spend a lot of time researching answers and sometimes I just make up a funny line and go with it. It's about knowing the asker's tone.

It all depends upon what the asker is looking for when he or she picks the best answer. They may be looking for researched information, or they may be in the mood for a good laugh.

I agree with you completely. I have no idea how to go about getting the best answer 10 points. I have researched, had sites as suggestions, etc. Maybe my answers are really bad... maybe I shouldn't answer anymore... it's just that I think that I am kind of addicted now.

I think only serious people who ask serious questions with serious problems care for a good and right answers....
All the rest (which is a majority) are here for fun and humor... I think one should only research, depending on the seriousness of the question... seriously...
