Stockings are so sexy because they make the legs look and feel so much better than any creams or oils could possibly, assuming you are wearing the ultra sheer kind, not the scratchy chippie's that look like cheesecloth.
The garter belt outlines the stomach and butt, and leaves that tender white skin area between the stockings and the "you know what" that you just want to kiss and caress.
Something about a woman in stockings is so sophisticated, and sensual just drives a guy nuts. The best part of it all is that if she wears her panties on the outside or the garter belt, like most do, you can slip the panties down her stockinged legs, and make love to her still wearing in her stockings and garter belt. Nothing could be sexier or more exotic.

Sorry I'm not a guy, but I have to answer this because I hate pantyhose so I wear stockings and a garter belt ever day to work. When one to the girls in the office told everyone what I wear, I could not believe the reaction from the men.
They were like a bunch of little children, trying to get a peek of my stockings, all the time. I always knew guys went crazy for stockings and a garter belt but I had no idea how many men are turned on bu the idea of a girl wearing garters. I have never met a guy who wanted me to stop wearing them.

I am a girl who wears stockings and a garterbelt everyday to work, and I think I can tell you that men really go crazy over stockings, especially with a garter belt.
Men seem to love the slippery feel of the stockings, and love to focus on the skin at very top of the stocking. Pantyhose have no spot like that to focus on, and they seem to love to play with that little spot and tug on the garterbelt. I find it's kind of nice they they pay such attention to something besides boobs once in a while, and it can make things really wild. The fact that you don't have to stop and pull everything off is exiting too. I have made mad crazy love without even kicking off my heels. Its quite erotic.

Oh yeah...stockings certainly are. I enjoy sexy lingerie sometimes more than just nudity. Why? Because it gives the illusion of nudity and that makes it seductive and tantalizing. Also, it can enhance the woman's beauty...of course it all depends on the woman and the apparel. Pantyhose isn't as sexy as a good set of thigh highs with a garter belt...yeah, that's nice.

Take it from a girl who's dated lots of guys, they all go insane over stockings and a garter belt. I have asked them why they are so sexy, and they say things like they are so silky, or the garterbelt looks so sexy, but I think it is the fact that they can have sex without taking them of off.
Guys are very visual, and I find they love to me to keep the stockings and garters on, so they can look at them and touch them a lot when we are playing around.
I have to admit, part of it may be that I feel sexier in them and probably perform betterwearing them too.

Sheer stockings and a garter belt, worn real high on their thighs. the absolute sexiest thing any girl could wear. The beauty is when she wears her thong on the outside of the garter belt, everything stays as beautiful as it is while you make love. I only think though that they'd look good on a pair of legs that look good. Good-looking legs are great but good-looking legs are greater when they got stockings on them.
Why? Maybe because they give a false "sense of texture" to the eye that makes the legs look smoother. I honestly think that legs look softer when I see stockings being worn by them. So smoother, softer, and the possibility of unsightly scars being hidden makes it sexy.

Oh, wait...did you mean, do we think they are sexy on a girl? Oh, well yeah, they can be, but I prefer natural, exposed skin that is smooth. My wife rarely wears stockings or hos and her legs do it for me.
I do have a thing for tights on women though, like dance wear, spandex. Guess its just a fetish of mine, oh well.

Thigh highs look sexy as hell, other than that, i would rather just see a bare leg, unles its stark white. This highs are just appealing and a turn on. I dont honestly know why!
