is it possible to create a 600 access point with 250 vsat for city networks?

this is possible but would require a mass amount of access points, well each can deal with 254 connections. but best to have max of about 150 each.
then you would need some nice hardware at the end of the optical conneciton, i would suggest some cisco routers
the cost of this would be about 100k at least if u want to maintain internet connection for 850 people
