No need. I have a very physically-demanding job. Last night, I figure I lifted about 20 tons in four hours. Much more of this, and I'll be ready for the Olympics.

Lifetime Fitness, I go at least 15 times a month which gives me a discount of 30$ off my $50.00 monthly dues, plus they give incentives like discounts off their product lines, free guest passes, etc when you continue to keep going on a constant basis. I'm buff.

Yes, but I hardly ever go because I do physical labor as a career, and don't need it.
