Are you asking about cases that have addressed the schools visually monitoring restrooms in schools? Say via teachers or CCTV?

I"m not sure what exactly you are asking . . . each state has different laws governing criminal conduct, so your best bet would probably be to log onto your state's main web site and try to link along to the criminal code. I'm assuming that we're dealing with a "peeping Tom" issue, so be sure to check out the sexual predator section.
