Chobits was such a great series, wasn't it? ^_^ Well, if you liked those, you may want to try the following:

Yuu Watase's series, "Fushigi Yuugi" and "Ayashi no Ceres" are both great romantic dramas. The art is lovely and the main male protagonist in "Fushigi Yuugi", Tamahome, is a hottie.

"Marmalade Boy" was super cute and has lots of energetic and cute characters to keep you interested for many, many episodes.

I just got done watching another romantic anime -- "Peach Girl". At first, I found some of the characters to be annoying, but they really have a way of growing on you after a short while. I found myself thinking about their love-triangle problems and how everything was going to be resolved.

Hope this helps! Happy watching!!!

Princess Tutu is a great anime with romance, as well as many other themes. Yes, the name is unusual, but don't judge it solely on that. The art and animation is of a good quality; the characters start out seeming stereotypical, but they evolve wonderfully; the plot is good and engaging; and it's based on ballet. The ballet theme makes this anime truely original. Also good if you have an innate love for fairy tales.

The premise:

There was once a man who wrote stories. In the middle of writing one about a prince fighting a monster raven, the man died. The characters grew tired of fighting endlessly and finally broke out the story, and the prince sealed away the raven by shattering his heart with his own sword.

That prince is now an emotionless boy who attends a dance school. One day he's out dancing by a lake, and a lonely little duck happens to see him. She sees the lonely look on his face and decides that she wants to see the boy smile more than anything.

Now a certain writer, who is dead in body but not spirit, happens to hear her and decides to start the story going again... by giving the duck a pendant, which will turn her into a girl, and then eventually into the legendary dancer Princess Tutu, who's job it is to restore the prince's heart.

However, putting his heart back together sets the story in motion again, and not everyone is ready for that...

Fushigi Yuugi is the best along those lines but of course who can forget the love hate thing that Kagome, Inuyasha and Kikkyo have going? Not what the main plot is all about but it is just so adorable and interesting to consider how one is actually the other from the past but still around to haunt the present! I personally like my demon men more along the lines of Sesshumauro but that's just me. If I were Kagome, I'd be all over that demon! I don't watch much anymore but those are my fav's.
