clark kent's office suit is fully reversible and that is why his pants end up on the outside of his superman suit!!!

He makes a lot of money from the Daily Planet, so he buys a ton of suits. The ones he rips he just leaves on the ground until he beats Lex, then he goes and puts it in a dumpster, because Superman doesn't litter.

He dumps it and then after he's saved the world, he reverses time to go pick it up and take it to a taylor, then he forwards time again so he doesn't have to explain himself.
It's obvious really!

he sticks it down his pants to make him look bigger then on his way back from his rescue mission sews it back together just as fast as he ripped it off
