both eyeliner on bottum and mascara on top! or eyeliner on top and bottum with mascar on top if u want blacker eyes. never put mascar on bottum because it looks bad

Sometimes both, but mostly just eyeliner! I only use them both when I really need to open up my eyes when I am tired because mascara really helps with that!

A water-proof mascara is anyday better than an eyeliner. It gives a natural look.

Eyeliner. Mascara make your eyelashes smaller if you notice after a while.

Mascara really makes your eyes look much more feminine that just eyeliner alone.

I love both, but I hate thick mascara, especially waterproof, however I think eye-liner is much more suited to dark haired women than fair or gingernuts !

both is nice, but if i had to choose one it would be eyeliner, It makes a bolder appearance than mascara.

eye liner is good for night clubs or if your going for a more dramatic look mascara is more of a natural look depending on what you going for i personally like natural so i do a deep mascara with a clear gloss and tan blush and tan shadows its what ever your prefrences are good luck
