Stripes that are horizontal make you look bigger... Vertical stripes make you look thinner!

Shirts:
Horizontal stripes-They make you appear wider in the tummy and chest area. This is good for very thin girls!
Vertical-makes you look thinner and like you have a longer torso!
Pants:
Horizontal stripes-make your hips and legs look wider..... most girls should stay away from this, but it depends on how you are built.
Vertical-Make your legs look a lot longer!
Careful when buying stripes...... but on the pants, tiny sripes don't have much of an effect!

a lot of small horizontals make you appear larger. big bold horizontal sometimes make you look thinner. then vertical stripes elongate the body.

if u r thin then lenghtwise will show u thinner and if u r big then stripes according to ur width show u bigger.

depends on the thickness and the angle of the stripes
thin verticle= tall and skinny & vise versa
