Oh God, please tell me that there is a solution. Well, this is stupid, but I know I am definately not the only person who faced this problem. Well, in two words - I applied the fake sun tan "Neutrogena MicroMist" and it came out SO-O-O-O BA-A-AD!!! Spots, uneven, etc. Please, give me an advise what to do. I look like a clown:( Thank you!

self tanners are just skin dyes for the first layer of skin, so if you exfoliate enough it'll rub it off.

In the simplest terms 'fake tan' is a strain on the top layers of the skin. Therefore you will have to wait for those layers to peel away for the tan to disappear completely. To speed up the process you can exfoliate using a pumice or something similar.

Make a solution of lemon juice and table salt. Scrub. The lemon juice lightens the color and the table salt helps to exfoliate the color out. It won't take it 100% away, but it should help even it out a bit.

It sounds like you have uneven coverage. Apply it again. Rub it around this time. Don't rely on the sprayer. The dark places won't get any darker, so you will be more even.

I had my knees get too dark once and got some "Scrubbing Bubbles" cleaner on them while I was cleaning the floor. It made them lighter. I wouldn't recommend putting that nasty stuff on large areas of your body, though.

Have you tried the circus? You might be a hit at children's parties. :)

You will have to wait till it wears off or lie out in the sun.

I always wondered why people do such things and have to do all these artificial business to their body?

i heard that lemon juice helps a little bit, but you'll just have to wait it out for it to completely go away.

Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. That will help it go away quicker, but it will take some time.
