Haven't seen them but we find bat droppings in our bird baths. We have a lot of feeders for birds & we have seen many bats in our yard.
We also have opossums.

They are noted to clean themselves DAILY.. They lick themselves and they also use their thumbs to clean their face. Many people say they carry rabies.. this is true but only a very very small percentage.

interesting thought...very interesting thought. i doubt they do...and IF they do they lick themselves like other animals. although i don't think that they would. they seem rather...dirty creatures.
