He's not a hard-core criminal, more of a petty thug. He once stole the battery out of my watch but not the watch itself. He's just that special.

Here's the thing, your brother just got out of jail..(for stealing, I am guessing) what makes you think that he has not learned his lessons. Instead of worrying about him stealing try to support him through this part of his life. Help him get a job, give him financial support, not to mention emotional support. He is more likely to go back to jail once he has been there, you need to help him stay out!!

bummer...well..assuming your serious..Bury stuff in the ground..coffee cans work good for it..Only use zip lock bags to put in there too in case it rains etc..or lock 'em up in a trunk of a car..or buy a lock box or small safe..good luck man and hope ya manage...
