I have not seen much in this area, but a search on www.bn.com revealed over 7000 titles. You may be able to narrow this down, some!
Good luck - let me know which ones are good!
Be sure to check out the reviews under the different books - they will have other recommended reads, too.

I think you should read "The Berlin Stories" by Christopher Isherwood. Is doesn't **target** gay teens, but he was a fantastic (gay) author who I started reading when I was in high school and have been consistently amazed at his writing.
"Berlin Stories" is the fictional diary about his years in Berlin in the mid-30s right before the acension of Adolf Hitler, when he was helping communist newspapers, frequenting seedy cabarets (his story "I am a Camera" was the inspiration for "Cabaret"), and running around with interesting but shady people. This is one of those books that captures a fearless life in an exciting time so well, it kills you that you weren't there.
Like I said, in "Berlin Stories" Isherwood did not focus on his sexuality or the sexuality of the people around him...but I could tell what was going on when I read it then. In later years, he would be more candid about his personal life.
I think it would be an excellent book for you to read because it is fantastically written, it would offer you some extra-curricular insight into that era, it isn't expoitive, and he could prove to be one of your favorite authors.

Try the "INSIGHT OUT" online book club. Good selection of all kinds of gay-oriented stuff, from downright porn to comics to romance.
Oh, yeah, and then there's that gay vampire amateur detective solving cozy English cottage murder mysteries while he flirts with his secretary...Dean James is the author. I don't know that they're all that good, but visualizing Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom as the leads can be...uplifting.
