Check your diet. There are high energy foods and low energy foods. Get some info from a nutritionist or check the internet. Also make sure you are sleeping like you should. Sleep apnea is common (breathing stops during sleep) and could be the reason you are constantly tired. Have a friend sit with you to see if you stop breathing while sleeping. Do you snore (another symptom of sleep apnea)?

Ask your doctor to check your thyroid function. This can be done with a simple blood test. Another thought that comes to mind is chronic fatigue syndrome, mono, or other viral illnesses. Talk to your doctor.

Depression, anemia, heat, not getting enough sleep, chronic fatigue syndrome, the list could go on and on. You need to sit down with your doctor and talk about what's going on with your body.
