Well, from what i've read and experienced personally, the girl is on her back, and the guy inserts his finger in her, and makes a "Come here" motion. When she starts to really get excited, you will actually feel the patch... its not smooth, its rough. And its not really deep though, its actually pretty close to the opening, but it also depends on the woman. Its not in the same spot for everyone. And you put pressure on that area. The female will feel like she has to pee, but she really doesn't. Its just that sensation. The area will enlarge as well. The g-spot is not the outlining of the uterus. It is along the vaginal wall usually about two to three inches just inside the vagina. Take your finger, slide it inside your girl with her on her back. Bend your finger upward slightly to touch the vagina with your fingertip, when you feel a really smoother spot than the rest of the vagina, you've most likely found it.
