You could have irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, Chron's disease or any other various and sundry GI disorders that cause GI distress, particularly with food intake. Dietary measures and medication are often helpful, but some cases require surgical intervention. If you find your symptoms are interupting or limiting your life in any way, or become accompanied by pain, you should seek the counsel of a qualified gastroenterologist. Good luck.

This is called the "gastrocolic reflex". Many people feel the urge to go poop after they eat. It is a local hormone effect between the stomach and the colon. Unless it is diarrhea, or you are losing weight or it is painful, it does not sound like a big problem.
If you think what comes out is the exact same thing you just ate, then try a simple experiment: swallow ten to twenty of the colored popcorn seeds (like you would a pill) with a meal (this is a test of the intestinal transit time). If you use only one color at a time, you can actually time how fast food goes through your digestive system. Note the time that you took each color and the time that you see the seeds come out. If the time is less than twelve hours, you may have a problem and may need to see a doctor.
