Is this applicable to the 10.000+ Muslims jailed ,chained in Guantanamo ? without even been told why they are there or at least tried them?

They where caught with guns in hand,
What where the doing having a duck shoot,
What I want to know is WHY they released the 4 BRITISH prisoners that they caught with guns firing on Americans & British troops.
They should have been charged with
TREASON
Given a proper trial all legal like.
THEN HUNG FOR THE TRAITORS THEY ARE.
Not only to England but the Muslim Religion.
It is not The MUSLIMS who are doing these attrocities.
Its suicidal fanatical LOONATICS.
With no thought for human life.

They are still innocent. They haven't been proven guilty yet. Even americans are held before being proven guilty. Remember this is a new type of warfare where most of our enemy combatants are just angry civilians.

Ten thousand+? Are you insane? There are less than one thousand terrorists in Gitmo. If I catch you planting a bomb in a market in Baghdad, are you innocent or guilty? You are guilty and you should be shot on the spot, not moved into the tropical paradise that is Gitmo.
