I think his family is totally blind to his shinnanigans or they were involved with the whole mess.
I think the family deserves to have some type of private memorial service.
I cannot imagine anyone going to a public memorial service for him unless they were totally blind and ignorant.

Perhaps he was a bad person, but he did have a family from what I understand. If they want a memorial then they should have one.
