Depending what it is for i will do it for free for you in flash and maybe host it depending on size.
Examples of work can be provided on request. Just message me here if you want, I am a professional website designer but have lots of free time (and enough money) so I am currently doing free sites for small bands, small artist etc, basically anyone who could not afford them otherwise. I have my own hosting server so can offer hosting servers or you can host the site yourselves. No images sent to me will be used for anything other than your site and I will not give anyone your detail or link to the site. You will have complete control and the site can be removed or changed at any time. This is not a scam and I will design a site for FREE, I do not need the money, and enjoy working. Well, as with Geicities, if you want a website that is [www.yahooid.com] you will have to pay, but there are many free ones that you can use too. I have listed some below.

www.batcave.net [www.blazewalker.batcave.net-thats mine too]
I have found these two have the best everything, also, with an Fttp name (you will find out what that is sooner or later) you should use:

those are some sites that allow you to make free websites,but if you go to yahoo and type in the search make a free website you will get a bunch of sites,that allow you to make one.

Geocities.com has a program where you can make a website for free, but a domain name will cost you.
