I can tell you Bowie's favorite cologne......it's called Minotaure and it's produced by Paloma Picasso (Pablo's daugther). You can get it on ebay and it's not very pricey (around 50 US dollars for a 2.5 oz bottle). It's a very nice scent, I've got it a few times. It was actually discontinued, but due to it's devoted fanbase it's been brought back. Before the Internet the only place to get it was France, but now it gets imported by a few select US retailers. Your best bet is just to order online though.
