My biological father has 3 children in which case I am the middle child. I am my mothers first born of 2. Therfore I am both the middle child, and the oldest.

You have a step sibling that you never knew about before but now you do know and you are both first born but middle child with the sibling that has a different parent. Whoa there.... confusing myself.

I would say this is impossible. Even if you have an older adopted or step sibling, they would still have been born first. Nobody can be born after you, yet be older than you.
Maybe you're middle in terms of height.

If you are the only child you are the oldest, youngest and middle.
Other than that, maybe you could have a step-sibling or something. I don't know, it's too hot to think.
