On average, 4 1/3.
See, there are 52 weeks in a year, or 12 months. Therefore, 52 weeks = 12 months, or 13 weeks = 3 months. Thus, 1 month = 4 1/3 weeks.

Depends on if you are counting complete weeks or not. Some are 4, some are 5. Looking at the calendar next to me, some have only 3 complete weeks and two partials. Some have 4 weeks and then a few days. All seem to have at least 1 day in a 5th week.

Most months last somewhere between 4 and 5 weeks - even February (28-29 days) could run into a fifth week if it started on a Saturday or something.

Never ever ever 5 weeks.
The longest months have 31 days which is 4.43 weeks. The months with 30 days are 4.29 weeks, and February is exactly 4 weeks long, except in leap years when it is 4.14 weeks long.
