I have what I consider an unusual fetish that involves women, their mouth, tongue, and throat, and looking at a mouthful of chewed food. The sight of "seefood" drives me wild. I love to view images of women's mouths full of chewed up food. I love to touch chewed up food. Hell, I even enjoyed touching a woman's vomit once.
For the psycology people out there, where might a strange fetish like this come from? I think if I understand more about this fetish I might have better control over it.

Thanks,

Jeff

I'd raise an eyebrow at this, but hell, everyone's weird, I get sexual arousal from pain soooo welcome, we all have a strange fetish.

It's emetophilia. In a way I want to give you props, it takes a lot of guts to admit something like that and I'm sorry you're getting messed up people commenting. It is a paraphillia, though, and I suggest you research on it, and perhaps see a sex therapist. Sigmund Freud researched a lot of paraphilia but a majority of his stuff is outdated. Research it, though, I'm sure the more you learn, the more you'll understand yourself.

Most important thing is don't be discouraged with yourself, everyone has a little dirty laundry. ;)

I'm sure there's some offical term for it. But while I wouldn't find this appealing by any means I've heard of it before. That's just what a person likes I suppose and if it's done properly then go ahead. How is this any different from having a foot fetish. Personally I find the idea of sucking and licking feet to be gross. So there ya go. I''m sure there would be some kind of motivation behind the attraction if one gives themselves enough time and some clues to work with.

you sir, have what is known as a sexual fetishism. A form of paraphilia where the object of affection is a specific inaminate object or part of a person's body. the term was first made popular by sigmund freud, he believed that sexal fetishes arose from childhood trauma regarding castration anxiety.

more modern explanations consider to be the result of conditioning and "sexual pleasure chemicals" in the brain.

sometime in your earlier lifetime you learned or were conditioned to become aroused at the sight of women with food in their mouths, etc...... if your are disturbed by this fetish and/or it interferes with you daily functioning then i would seek the help of a professional if not just keep it to yourself..........for yoursake and others.

Read some Freud or there's a book by katherine gates. Deviant Desires: Incredibly Strange Sex.

Everyone seems to find this really appalling, and I must admit, I don't really think it appeals to me either...

But, you know what, as far as fetishes go - you could be doing a lot worse... chewed up food turn ons is a lot better than say - being attracted to poop or to animals or to pain or torture.
No one is getting hurt, it is not illegal, and it is probably not too bad for you either (after all, all women should chew their food anyway) as long as you can find a sympathetic partner, then I don't really see a problem (although how you explain that one to a potential partner, I don't know..)

This is a rare but known condition called Disgusting Avian Repast Emulation (DARE), where one is drawn to such things as chewed up food and vomit, etc. Remember that this is how baby birds (chicks) get their food early in life, they eat out of the mother's mouth, often eating regurgitated food (comparable to vomit but with less stomach acid). So somehow you are displaying birdlike symptoms when it comes to eating. To help identify your specific condition more accurately please answer the following questions:

1. Do you enjoy sun flower seeds?
2. Do you like to climb in trees or on the roof of your house?
3. Do you have any fear of heights?
4. Do you think that you are a carrier of bird-flu?
5. Do you often involuntarily skip when you are walking?

Answering yes to any of these questions compounds the likelihood that you indeed suffer from DARE. You should probably see your doctor to get professional help OR perhaps consider seeing a veterinarian.

Good luck bird-man.

im not a psycologist or anything, but i think maybe you had some experience as a kid where you touched something guey or gross and instead of being grossed out you actaully enjoyed playing with it. a lot of things that occur as a kid creates a person's personality when you grow older.

for example when i was little my mom use to make me eat oatmeal,i hated it just because she made me eat it no other reason, and thats why today i hate eating anything mushy whether its sweet or not, and its not because of the taste, its all just because its the 'brain' same thing could have happened to you and now that your hormones are probably kicking in they make you 'feel good' when you see it than just enjoy it and not be grossed out.

Most fetish's steam from childhood... Either being denied something as a child or being overly exposed to it.

you can't control a fetish ..you can try and subdue it ..or try deny it ...but it is part of who you are ?...from how you describe this it sounds like a childhood feeling when you were nurtured and loved and felt good ..and all you had to do to please people was smile or laugh ...so its a form of regression to a time when you felt the world revolved around you ...and you felt safe

Obviuosly none here wants to help, (excuse my english, it's not my mother language) the main question is if the viewing or touching of this things involves sexual satisfaction. Not only that, if it does, is it the texture that does it, (have you feel the same "arousal" with somethings similar)
