I would say the 15th, because the payroll probably wouldn't be processed until the 30th. Check with HR, the pay periods might end in the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month, if that is the case you will get a partial check on the 30th.

Ask them. You might get paid on the 30th for the partial period that you worked, but might not be until the 15th. It should be seen as a very normal question and they should be able to answer easily.

Perhaps the 30th unless you arrive after the cut off period. Like someone else noted just ask the payroll department. They may even tell you in orientation when your first check will be paid. Have your direct deposit (if you use it) ready on the first day so there is no delay. It generally kicks in after the 1st pay check.

You will get paid on the 30th. You will be paid for everyday you work from the 17th to the 30th.
