No. You will always have problems. This is a part of life's challenges. Makes life interesting. Some will be good problems that build character and help you exercise integrity and some are the bad ones you don't always see coming but come they will!

No. Problems are what makes life interesting. Can you really imagine how boring life would be without problems to solve? Without danger? No challenges?

No, but doing those things can make you more ready to tackle life's problems.
It's probably a safe bet that people who behave that way have more successful outcomes to their problems.
