my son being diagnosed with bone cancer, going to st. jude's, having a million tests, so much blood drawn the kid looked like a pin cushion, the biopsy, finding out he had a solid tumor on his femur which had eaten away the entire bone, his having surgery to remove the tumor and having an internal prothesis installed that will have to be changed every ten years, meaning he has to have surgeries for the rest of his life, seeing my once active son be in a wheelchair, then a walker, then crutches and now a cane. He goes to therapy every day but it's looking more and more like he's always going to walk with a limp and have to use a cane. He was only 17 when this all happened. I would gladly have taken his place. He is my only child.

It actually happened to me just 2 weeks ago. I'm from Texas and we were in Atlanta, GA and I lost my 4 yrs. old daughter at the HUGE World Congress Center! I was devastated !! I've never had such a sick feeling in all my life. It turned out that she stopped at the water fall that was there in the corridor that we walked by. I was keeping my volleyball team in order and lost sight of her. I found her... Thank You Jesus!!! She was scared because she couldn't find me. I cried so much that the restraunt worker across the hallway came and gave me tissue. I've not stopped holding her hand since!!!

i live in a small town and we had an open dump, i was going out to the dump to ck things out, had my dog in the car, some one left a box in the middle of the road, i swerved to miss it and put my car on its side,and slid a ways, that in it self did not scare me, i had a small car and a big dog, and he jumped to the side of the car that was up in the air and put the car back on its wheels. and 2 of the tires popped, that was scarie. what also scared me was what was in the box cause if i had hit it i would have gone end over end instead of on my side.
