the charecters Naruto, Kakashi, and Gaara are from Naruto the manga.
the charecter Gir is from the Invader Zim series.

Very graphic!Also nice use of design.Try some punches of color maybe focus on main subject with color & the rest in pencil.I think that would look great with your anime type style!
