From just his fingers? No. The worst thing you have to worry about there is a yeast infection from whatever is on his fingers. However, there is a chance (albeit slim) that a girl could get pregnant from the male ejaculating on even just the entrance to her vagina, even without any penetration. Sperm are hardy that way. So, if a male ejaculated on his hand, didn't wipe thoroughly, then fingered a female, I would say there is a slight chance of pregnancy. But that's not something I've heard of; just a supposition based on the other.

depends on which finger, the thumb has more possibilities, it being the fattest and all, but the middle finger has that extra oomph that the other fingers don't have BUT the pinky is the finger most prone to do that, surprisingly, it is probably because the chemical compound has something which scientists have dubbed "chemical x" that is mainly used in treating mad cow syndrome

If he had sperm on his fingers then yes. But otherwise, no. However there is a chance of getting infections. You can get urinary tract infections, yeast infections, or even worse: pelvic inflammatory disease. PID can completly mess up your reproductive system, and leave some people sterile. Tell him to keep his hands to himself.

if you have to ask this question then you should not be doing anything sexual to begin with...and no you cannot get pregnant that way.. even if there is sperm on his fingers it would die before it could impregnate you.

No. She has no chance of getting pregnant unless seminal fluid (this includes precum!) comes in direct contact with her vulva.
