Anyone remember the story of a woman who dies of hospital infection after giving birth?

Is anyone familiar with the story of a woman who died after giving birth? I think her story aired on Anderson Cooper 360 just about a month ago. It turned out that she got a hospital infection (brain inflammation) from an anesthetic shot.
