You may need more lubrication. Your body will do that for you if you have enough foreplay. (stimulation before actual sex)

If you have enough wetness you could have a "stubborn hymen" a doctor can quickly break that for you without pain.

It also helps if you actually love the person you are having sex with so that you can relax and connect with the person so that he understands when he is hurting you and can take steps not to.

I seriously hope you are over 18. If not you need to sit down two adults that you trust and tell them what's going on so that they can figure out what to do to help you.

(One adult isn't always safe-two will protect you- one may take further advantage of you.)

If it's painful something is wrong cause it's not supposed to be.

It shouldn't be painful. If it is, usually the guy is being too rough or fast for you. Also, it can sometimes be painful for women who have an infection or an STD.

try using ky jel or some other type of vaginal lubricant. some women do not produce enough of their own natural lubricant to last through intercourse and this may be the problem you are experiencing. also you may want to see your gyn. if it continues just to get his/her advice & to make sure it is not a major health problem.
